Mohan has a Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management from University of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

In a career spanning over 30 years, Mohan has held senior management roles in HR as well as L& D functions of manufacturing, insurance, and telecom companies.

In April 2007, he started Shivalik Consultants, a workplace learning and performance improvement firm, and successfully handled training and consulting assignments and guided behavioral change processes for various industrial establishments, hospitals, public sector undertakings and educational institutes.

He was introduced to the use of Drama in Learning and Development in the year 2010, when he established the India operation of Steps Drama Learning Development, UK. Since then, he has delivered several sessions using interactive drama and has contributed significantly towards popularizing the use of drama in Learning within the Indian sub-continent.

Mohan’s clients include over 100 leading Indian and global companies, from a variety of Industry sectors. He has delivered sessions for global participants in the UK, Hungary, Sweden, Istanbul, UAE, and Poland.

His credentials include a CREATIVE TRAINING TECHNIQUES certification from the Bob Pike Group USA, Certified Assessor of assessment canters from XLRI Jamshedpur and Thomas Profiling certification. He has also completed the Basic Lab on Human Processes from Indian Society of Applied Behavioural Sciences.

Mohan is a visiting faculty at the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, a premier Business School in the country, where he teaches post graduate students of Human Resource Management.

Mohan is also an accomplished actor. He has acted in several theatre plays.
