Muhammad Redwanul Haq is a Techno-Commercial professional with over 15 years of working experience in the Telecommunication & IT sector at Grameenphone Ltd. He has held various roles in technical operations, IT architecture, demand management, service design, and ICT/IoT product management & development, including pre-sales consultancy in the Wholesale/B2B sector. He also possesses extensive experience in managing different telco & IT projects, taking on various responsibilities such as Operation Lead, Tech Lead, Solution Lead, QA Lead, and Product & Business Lead. Recently, he has led numerous customer engagements across multiple industry verticals, including Energy & Utilities, Defense, Ready-made garments (RMG), transportation & logistics, and Financial Institutes, for digitization & digital transformation initiatives.
During his tenure at Grameenphone (GP), he served as a mentor for many young professionals both within and outside the organization, as assigned by the HR department. Additionally, he has been conducting Professional Orientation sessions on Telecommunication & Networking for final year students of the CSE department at Stamford University since January 2020.
Redwan is a BUET graduate with a B.Sc. in EEE and a member of several international institutes, such as the Project Management Institute (PMI), the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), and the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB). He is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance and has obtained numerous certifications in Cyber Security from different international bodies.
