Educated in the USA with an MBA, Munir’s proven success in helping companies to grow, identifying opportunities, and transforming their business has put him in a category of his own. Munir brings with him 25 years of management and consulting experience from the corporate world and is now considered best amongst the new breed of dynamic “Management, Sales, HR, and Organization Development Trainers” blending practical concerns to the management practice.
Throughout his 25 years of Business Management, teaching, and consulting career, Munir served several esteemed USA based organizations like Economic Opportunity Commission (EOC) of California, UC Merced Microenterprise Development Project, Central California SBDC (Small Business Development Center), USAID (through University of Maryland’s JOBS project), Pepsi Cola Corporation, Foodmaker Inc., Restaurant Enterprise Group, Marriott Corporation, and Jamba Juice Company. Munir won several sales and management development awards and he earned “Circle of Excellence” award from the President and CEO of Foodmaker Inc. – one of the largest fast-food companies in USA.
Munir gained experience as a “Master Trainer” through prominent institutions in USA, Mexico, Bangladesh, and other countries of South Asia. Currently Munir works as the Trainer and Learning & Development Specialist for COS Training Resource Center of California. He gave a number of seminars (in USA, Bangladesh, and abroad) in the areas of Quality Assurance, Human Resource development, customer service, sales, Motivation and leadership skills. Munir often appeared on electronic media in USA and Bangladesh as a guest speaker on Entrepreneurship and business development. Munir was featured several times in “ABC Action News, USA” for his outstanding results in developing entrepreneurs of the Rural Central California.
Along with his consulting career, in the recent past, Munir have been assigned as adjunct faculty in the business education department of several reputed community colleges such as Porterville Community College of California, and The College of the Sequoias, California. Apart from it, Munir made appearances as guest faculty in well-known universities in Bangladesh, Malaysia, Mexico, China, and Denmark.
